Free standard shipping on all orders over 50 euros across Europe, including a tracking code sent directly to your email. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. Express delivery of 2 to 3 business days is available at checkout. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons. The Arcive jewellery is designed for daily wear including showers, workouts and saltwater. To keep your piece looking its best for longer, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine and strong cleaning products. Wipe dry after contact with saltwater or chlorinated water. Apply perfumes and lotions before putting your jewellery on, not after. Store your piece in the pouch provided when you are not wearing it. Do not use abrasive cloths or commercial jewellery cleaning solutions on PVD coated pieces.
