Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will get a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping within Europe: 5 to 8 business days
  • Express shipping within Europe: 2 to 3 business days (where available)
  • International orders: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times run from the date of dispatch, not the date you ordered. During busy periods like holidays and sales, things can sometimes run a little slower than usual.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Check our homepage for the current threshold.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to start updating.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, your local customs authority may apply import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not show up within the expected window, please email us at hello@arcive.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to sort it out.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake straight after ordering, contact us immediately and we will try to update it before your order ships.
