Shipping policy

Processing Time

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will get a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping within Germany & Europe: 5 to 8 business days
Express shipping within Germany & Europe: 2 to 3 business days (where available)
International orders: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times run from the date of dispatch, not the date you ordered. During busy periods like holidays and sales, things can sometimes run a little slower than usual.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50. Standard shipping costs €5.99, express shipping costs €9.99, and international shipping costs €13.99.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to start updating.

Customs and Import Duties

All prices include applicable VAT (MwSt.). For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
